Thanks Emm for the head's up. I picked up one of these... but most likely to resell locally here in Canada. They wouldn't sell/ship to Canadian Paypal or Credit Card so I got an American friend to buy it for me.
That lens new at Henry's (national chain here in Canada) is $1,500 PLUS 15% local tax. I plan on selling it for $1,100. I'm saving my pennies for either a 70-200mm 2.8 IS or the switch over from my 7D kit to a Nikon D600 kit
For that, though, I'm still awaiting a detailed blog post from you regarding D600 video capabilities. 😉
